Chilling Adventure of Sabrina

An American supernatural horror streaming television series developed by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa for Netflix, based on the Archie comic book series of the same name. The series is produced by Warner Bros. The show starts with the light-hearted Sabrina The Teenage Witch of yesteryear, featuring Salem the talking cat, but Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina goes down an altogether darker route, with not a word from Salem. Sabrina Spellman must come to terms with being half-human, half-witch while being dragged into power struggles with Satan and the like. Here, sorcery is very chic – just take Sabrina’s spin-and-her-outfit-changes move. It is rated 7.4/10 by IMDb and if you haven’t watched it already, here’s hoping you add it to your list!


The Haunting of Hill House

An American supernatural horror drama streaming television miniseries created and directed by Mike Flanagan, produced by Amblin Television and Paramount Television, for Netflix, and serves as the first entry in The Haunting anthology series. Shirley Jackson’s classic horror novel which is given a modern makeover in the tale of siblings who return to the haunted house they grew up in. Seeing ghosts seems to be something of a family trait, with the siblings’ presents seemingly as troubled as their pasts. This jumpy scare fest is psychological as well as supernatural, meaning it’ll be in your head long after the credits roll. Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instrument

An American supernatural drama television series developed by Ed Decter, based on the book series The Mortal Instruments written by Cassandra Clare. Clary Fray) receives an unexpected 18th birthday present when she finds out she’s a Shadowhunter – a human-angel hybrid with a sacred duty to hunt demons. When her mother is kidnapped, Clary is given a baptism of fire into this new world, where the impossible becomes fantastically possible.          The Vampire Diaries

An American supernatural–fantasy horror/drama television series developed by Kevin Williamson & Julie Plec, based on the book series of the same name by L. J. Smith. The series follows the life of 17-year old Elena Gilbert, who falls in love with a centuries old vampire named Stefan Salvatore and his brother Damon Salvatore, also a vampire. As a result, this draws Elena and her friends into the supernatural world of Mystic Falls, where it is plagued by vampires, werewolves, witches, doppelgängers and Original Vampires. As a result, Elena and her friends have made enemies including the Original Vampires/THE Mikaelson Family and Katerina Petrova and later on Silas and the Travelers. The series also focuses on the lives of Elena's friends and other inhabitants of the fictional town of Mystic Falls, Virginia. The series is a mix of teen drama and the supernatural.
